Velocity Expands Asia Hub

Velocity Electronics has expanded both its sales and global operation units at Velocity's Singapore facility.

In order to satisfy growing customer needs in the region, Velocity has added new Account Managers servicing customers in China and South East Asia. In addition, Velocity has launched its regional warehousing, inspection and logistics operations for all material originating in Asia Pacific. The Velocity Singapore facility and staff are fully integrated with Velocity's centralized and proprietary worldwide sourcing software systems (VMS) and are supported globally by Velocity's other offices in the United States, Europe and Mexico. The new capabilities in Asia offer our Asia customers a complete array of procurement, inspection, warehousing and logistic services combined with industry leading quality assurance and anti-counterfeit capabilities.

Velocity's ongoing investments in Asia emphasize our commitment to continually deliver increased service offerings and substantiated value to our ever expanding global customer base. Velocity's long-term strategy in Asia includes future expansions in China and South East Asia, providing our regional customers with additional local support as well as expanding our regional material supply partnerships to support our customers worldwide.
